Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how AVENKARA CO., LTD. handles refunds and cancellations for services purchased on burra.io.

2. Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we have not yet started the design/development process.

3. After Work Has Begun

Once our team starts working:

  • If we fail to deliver the promised 24-hour website after receiving all required materials, you may request either:
    1. a full refund, or
    2. a free redo within the next business day.
  • If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, a 30-50% service fee applies to cover time and resources already used.

4. After Delivery

After we deliver the completed website:

  • Minor bugs or errors reported within 7 days will be fixed at no extra charge.
  • Refunds are not available once you approve or deploy the project to your domain.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email protocol@avenkara.ai with your order details.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

6. Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Completed and accepted projects
  • Client-caused delays or missing content
  • Third-party service fees (hosting, domain registration, etc.)
