These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the burra.io website and services provided by AVENKARA CO., LTD.
By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer design and development of AI-assisted multi-page websites and related digital services as described on burra.io.
All prices are displayed in USD or THB. The checkout page shows the final amount and currency before payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your card statement will show the descriptor AVENKARA BURRA.IO (or similar).
You must provide all required materials (logo, text, domain credentials) promptly.
Our "24-hour delivery" timeline starts once we receive these materials.
We deliver a staging link or live site for review.
If you do not report issues within 3 business days, the project is considered accepted.
Each project includes one round of minor revisions. Additional changes are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Upon full payment, you own the final website content and a non-exclusive license to the delivered code.
We retain the right to reuse general frameworks or templates.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
